    Introduction

    The abnormality of the equipment caused by improper use or unknown reasons can easily cause serious damage to the equipment, increase the maintenance cost and the risk of downtime, cause customers to complain about poor product quality and affect the reputation of the equipment manufacturer.

    This SRP monitors the following 13 parameters in the built-in PLC of a specific turbo blower:

    • filtration pressure
    • outlet pressure
    • flow
    • inlet temperature
    • output temperature
    • motor temperature
    • power
    • frequency
    • current
    • dissolved oxygen
    • operating status
    • malfunction
    • operation hours 

    When the turbo blower operates abnormally, the manufacturer will receive an early warning, so as to proactively notify customers to self-check whether the use mode is appropriate and minimize the possibility of serious equipment failure. 

    However, equipment failure cannot be absolutely avoided. The data and trend chart recorded by this SRP can assist equipment manufacturers to quickly determine the cause of the failure and provide customers with fast maintenance services.
